Campbell’s re-enter the South African grocery market with a major launch in Winter 2011



Campbell’s iconic soup can is not only famous thanks to artist Andy Warhol immortalizing it in his artwork; it is also famous for being the world’s leading soup manufacturers. Campbell’s Soup is sold in 120 countries around the globe and their wide variety of soups range from chunky to microwaveable and condensed soups.

Campbell’s will re-enter the South African grocery market with a major launch in Winter 2011. The launch will be focused on the dried soup, dried rice and pasta categories with the initial development of 4 key ranges:

  • Thick & Creamy Cup Soups
  • Crunchy Cup Soup with Croutons
  • Savoury Rice
  • Savoury Pasta and Sauce

You won't find any artificial colours or preservatives. But you certainly will find a pack full of natural flavours. Only the tastiest vegetables make the Campbell's grade and through their natural drying process Campbell’s makes delicious food pack a big punch in a small space. All you have to do is get the kettle out and put the water back in. Pure and simple, just how Campbell's likes it.
