Spike Competition Rules

1. The competition is open to all residents in the Republic of South Africa except Directors, members, partners, employees, advertising agency or agents of J. Melnick & Co or their spouses, life partners, immediate family, business partners or associates.
   
   
2. Competition closes 1 January 2012.
   
   
3. To enter participants must SMS the unique code below & their name to 41797. Each SMS will cost R1,50.
   
   
4. Only one entry per unique code will be processed. Multiple entries are permitted provided that each entry is made using a different unique code
   
   
5. Every valid entry will be entered into a lucky draw for the 3 prizes. First prize = Yamaha Raptor 250 Quad Bike, or a Quad Bike of the same value if the Yamaha 250 is not available at time of draw. Second Prize = R10,000. Third Prize = 1 Year Supply of Spike Extreme.
   
   
6. The draw will be taken from all valid entries on 9 January 2011. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value.
   
   
7. Winners will be notified telephonically during January 2012.
   
   
8. The winners' names will be published online at www.jmc.co.za.
