Active Competition Rules

1. The competition is open to all residents in the Republic of South Africa except Directors, members, partners, employees, advertising agency or agents of J. Melnick & Co or their spouses, life partners, immediate family, business partners or associates.
   
   
2. Competition closes 1 December 2011.
   
   
3. To enter participants must SMS the unique code below & their name to 41797. Each SMS will cost R1,50.
   
   
4. Only one entry per unique code will be processed. Multiple entries are permitted provided that each entry is made using a different unique code.
   
   
5. Every valid entry will be entered into a lucky draw for the 5 prizes, each prize consists of 1 customized Bianchi mountain bike.
   
   
6. The draw will be taken from all valid entries on 9 December 2011. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value.
   
   
7. Winners will be notified telephonically during December 2011.
   
   
8. The winners' names will be published online at www.jmc.co.za.
